We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Business Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting departmental operations, enabling strategic planning initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of administrative and operational activities. You will work closely with the division head and leadership team to drive efficiency, support special projects, and maintain accountability across key performance areas.

Contractor - Hourly Rate (FTE Equivalent): USD $26.44

Remote/Onsite: 100% Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Operational Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop, produce, and report on departmental metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and deliver compliance reports to help hold the division accountable for achieving defined targets.
  • Conduct regular data integrity checks, operational efficiency analysis, and trend reporting to support informed decision-making.

Strategic & Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Executive leaders, including calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, expense reporting, mail processing, space planning, and move coordination.
  • Support the division head and direct reports with strategic planning initiatives, project tracking, and preparation of presentations or materials.

Project & Event Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to facilitate complex projects, meetings, and presentations.
  • Source, coordinate, and manage all off-site meetings, team events, and special departmental activities.

General Responsibilities

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
